Salary
Salary £ 34,000 - 36,000 per year plus service charge

Sunday and Monday off
Working Patterns Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday day shift pattern with Friday and Saturday being a full day as these 2 days are the busiest.
Duties
Assisting in the food preparation process
Cooking and preparing dishes
Assisting other Chefs
Helping with deliveries and restocking
Assisting with stock rotation cleaning stations
Answer to Head Chef and able to cover when Head Chef is absent
Manage the kitchen brigade when Head Chef not present
Required:
Knife Skills
Willingness to learn
Team Player
Be able to follow recipes
Knowledge of GP
Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards
