Responsibilities within your new role
As the new Live-n Chef de Partie, you will take pride in being responsible for the day to day running of a section of the kitchen within the restaurant. You will work with senior Chefs at this highly popular hotel to prepare and serve some of the finest ingredients that Scotland has to offer.
Within your new role, you will also assist in creating innovative and exciting seasonal dishes and menus, whilst presenting them in a professional manner. You will work closely with the kitchen team to also ensure a safe and hygienic working environment.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
We would love to speak to determined Chefs who have a genuine passion for creating delicious dishes for a variety of clientele. As an individual you should have excellent attention to detail, possess a positive and enthusiastic attitude and be able to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
Above all else, we are looking for an innovative Chef with the drive and ambition to successfully support a well-established kitchen combined with supporting the journey of younger Chefs to create a strong, dedicated team.
