Job Title: Admin Support Cleaner

Responsibilities:
Utilise in-house systems for data entry and spreadsheet generation
Manage incoming and outgoing emails with professionalism
Handle phone communications, both landline and mobile, for seamless staff and client interaction
Ensure efficient logging of staff hours on spreadsheets
Assist management with workload and administrative tasks
Provide on-site support to resolve issues with cleaning staff or clients
Step in to assist with cleaning duties when short-staffed or required
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Proficient in using office software and in-house systems
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to manage and coordinate staff effectively
Must possess a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle
Previous experience in a similar administrative or support role
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Familiarity with facilities management processes
Experience in client communication and relationship management
Previous experience in cleaning or facilities support
Basic understanding of spreadsheet management and data analysis
Technologies:
In-house management systems
Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software
Email platforms and communication tools
