A vibrant, welcoming primary school in Ealing is looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join their team as a Graduate Teaching Assistant or Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA). Key Responsibilities: As a Graduate Teaching Assistant or HLTA, you will work closely with teachers and staff to support the academic and social development of students. Your key duties may include:

Providing support to teachers in delivering engaging lessons and classroom activities. Assisting with lesson preparation, classroom organisation, and the implementation of learning plans. Encouraging and supporting students in their learning, helping them reach their full potential. Building strong, positive relationships with students to help them thrive academically and emotionally. Embracing professional development opportunities and learning from experienced colleagues.Requirements: We are looking for individuals who are passionate about working with children and eager to contribute to a supportive and inclusive school environment. The ideal candidate will have:
