BAR SUPERVISOR:

Salary/Rate: £12.50 per hour plus Bonus incentives

Location: Cannock Staffordshire

Immediate Start (Subject to satisfactory references)

We are looking for a Bar Supervisor to run a busy and vibrant bar and to oversee:

Music, sports match, society events,
Late nights, brunches and other events on a weekly basis.

Bar Hours run from Mon-Thurs 7pm-1am

| Fri 7pm-2am | Sat 6pm 2am

You will be expected to work a minimum of 20
hours a week. We only operate during term opening times, we close for trade throughout five seasons. We will be
able to offer you 20 hours at a sister venue.

As a supervisor you will be expected to:

Oversee and coordinate several activities on the bar (transactions, restocking, customer care).
Have more than 2 years Bar management or supervisory experience leading shifts or a team (Essential)
Able to demonstrate cellar knowledge and monitor inventory. Change kegs, gas, spirits,
Be confident in customer service,
Maintain good customer services a smiley
Able to work in a fast busy environment
Ensure bar is stocked
Manage staff and shifts
