Are you a recent graduate passionate about supporting students' social, emotional, and mental health? We are seeking a dedicated Graduate SEMH Support Worker to join our secondary schools in Bishop's Stortford, starting immediately.

Job Title: Graduate SEMH Support Worker Location: Bishop's Stortford Salary: £85-£150 per day Start Date: Immediately Contract Type: Full-time

As a Graduate SEMH Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting students facing social, emotional, and mental health challenges. Your responsibilities will include providing one-on-one and group support, helping students develop coping strategies, and fostering a positive learning environment. Collaborating closely with teachers, special educational staff, and parents, you will contribute to creating and implementing individualized support plans tailored to each student's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Offer personalized support to students with SEMH needs, aiding in their emotional resilience and well-being. Assist students in developing effective coping mechanisms for managing stress, anxiety, and other emotional challenges. Promote the development of social and emotional skills essential for success in the school environment.
