Title: Graduate Administrator

Location: Fenchurch Street

Salary: £25,000

Days/ Hour of work: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

Responsibilities

Support Brokers with New Business Enquiries: Assist brokers by handling new business enquiries and utilising our system to generate quotes for non-standard referrals. Process Mid Term Adjustments: Quote, process, and assist brokers with mid-term adjustments to ensure seamless policy management. Learn and Apply Pricing Structures: Gain a deep understanding of our processes and pricing structures to provide accurate and competitive quotes. Handle General Enquiries: Address and resolve general enquiries from brokers and clients, ensuring a high level of customer service. Team Support and Growth: Collaborate with team members and gradually take on additional responsibilities, including managing cancellations and renewals, to support the ongoing growth of our products.

Requirements

Graduate: A degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with brokers and clients. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks. Proactive and Eager to Learn: A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support colleagues as needed.
