Nursery Chef – Gerrards Cross
We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Chef / Cook to join our team in our state-of-the-art Gerrards Cross montessori setting. The role involves preparing fresh, nutritious, and balanced meals for up to 80 children daily. This is an exciting opportunity for those with a passion for cooking looking for a contract role for an initial period of 10 months (with the potential to turn permanent thereafter).
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook healthy, child-friendly meals following provided menus and recipes.

Ensure all meals meet dietary requirements and allergen guidelines.

Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.

Clean up the kitchen and dining areas after meal preparation and service.

Inform management of stock levels and follow food safety regulations.
Requirements:

Experience in a similar catering, kitchen or nursery cook role.

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations (Level 2 Food Hygiene minimum).

Passion for healthy cooking and child nutrition.

Hours:
- Monday to Friday (excl. bank holidays) from 9am to 4pm
Compensation:
