Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Graduate Building Surveyor to join their South East London office, offering structured APC support and excellent career progression opportunities.

Graduate Building Surveyor - Salary & Benefits

Assisting in the delivery of building surveying services across a variety of projects. Conducting site inspections, condition surveys, and defect analysis. Preparing reports, schedules of work, and specifications. Supporting contract administration and project management duties. Assisting in design and refurbishment projects, ensuring compliance with building regulations. Engaging with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to support project delivery. Working towards achieving APC and gaining chartered status.Graduate Building Surveyor - Job Requirements

Degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline. Eager to work towards RICS chartership (full APC support provided). Strong communication and organisational skills. A proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
