About the role

Deliver pre-prepared lessons to students across various subjects and year groups. Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment. Manage classroom behaviour effectively and ensure school policies are followed. Provide feedback to teaching staff on lesson outcomes and student progress.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Graduate Cover Supervisor- Training Provided you will:

A passion for education and a desire to make a difference in students' lives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Resilience, adaptability, and confidence in managing a classroom setting. Previous experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential).

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
