Job Specification: Service Coordinator & Service Team Leader

Location: Burnley Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum

We are looking for a Service Coordinator and a Service Team Leader to strengthen our service team and play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our valued customers.

The Role These are pivotal positions within our service team, working alongside three experienced colleagues. Your focus will be on the efficient planning of field-based engineer activities and delivering prompt updates to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Efficiently schedule and manage the daily activities of field-based engineers.
Communicate effectively with customers, providing timely updates and ensuring satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards.
Proactively address challenges, offering practical solutions to ensure smooth operations.
For the Team Leader role: Provide leadership to the service team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Essential Criteria

Experience working in the fire and security industry.
Proven ability to manage service operations, either as a coordinator or team leader.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Problem-solving mindset with the capability to think on your feet.
For the Team Leader role: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
