The Role
We’re excited to invite you to join our vibrant sales team as a Sales Administrator! This is an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting our customers while gaining valuable skills and contributing to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure timely completion of customer welcome calls within SLA.
* Proactively gather missing or incomplete information from customers.
* Manage and set clear expectations for customer installations.
* Facilitate communication between Field Sales and Operations teams.
* Support Customer Success Managers with administrative tasks.
* Verify sales documentation and ensure compliance.
* Conduct broadband checks for all deals.
* Address customer inquiries related to your responsibilities.
* Perform additional ad hoc tasks as required.
