Semi/Senior Accountant Job Overview

Preparing Limited company accounts
Corporation tax preparation
Excellent cloud based knowledge with Xero, QuickBooks and Sage
Key part of the accounts team - This includes bookkeeping, VAT returns, payroll, management accounts, year end accounts and tax returns, as well as ad-hoc advice.
Prepare and review VAT returns
Looking after (or assisting) with a portfolio of clients and helping them grow their business

Semi/Senior Accountant Job Requirements

Recent experience in working in a UK accounting firm Experience in preparing accounts for ltd companies Either ACCA qualified, studying, or working towards AAT Excellent communication skills and confident in speaking with clients Keen to accelerate your career with a structured growth & study plan Based locally to Stockport, Greater Manchester

Semi/Senior Accountant Salary & Benefits £25,000 - £45,000 per annum dependant on experience Working with an ACCA platinum training firm Study support for AAT or ACCA Hybrid working - 2 days a week working from home 2socials events per year Casual dress in the office 20 days holiday plus 3 for Christmas close down, plus bank holidays Treated to lunch on the last day of every month
