Accounts Assistant (Part-Time)

£29,000 - £32,000 (FTE)
Contract: Permanent / 17.5 hours per week
I am recruiting on behalf of my client for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team in Paisley on a part-time basis. My client is seeking someone with excellent attention to detail, experience in manual processing, and the ability to work efficiently and accurately.
As part of a recent review of their finance function, this role has been created to help ensure the smooth running of the Finance Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring cashbooks are accurate and up to date
- Processing customer payments
- Handling supplier invoices and payments
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in finance or accounting roles
- Strong proficiency in data entry and bookkeeping procedures
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Confidence in using Excel
- A self-motivated individual who thrives both independently and as part of a team
