A fantastic Hotel Sales Office Manager job in Banbury paying a salary of up to £34,000 is available for a stunning 17th Century Hotel which has had excellent investment and renovations.

This could be the perfect opportunity for someone with sound Hotel/ Event Sales experience to step into their first managerial position, or an existing Sales Office Manager to take on an exciting new challenge.

This is a reactive sales role and focusses on the conversion of inbound sales enquiries. While the role will begin as a stand-alone role with no direct reports, the successful candidate will be able to recruit a Sales Coordinator as the business grows.

Hotel Sales Office Manager job in Banbury Highlights:

Base salary between £32,000 and £34,000, negotiated on experience. Mostly Monday to Friday office hours. 40 Hours per week, full-time permanent position. On-site parking. The Hotel is equipped with tasteful and versatile event spaces which can be used for anything from elegant wedding ceremonies and civil partnerships, to 5 functional meeting and conference rooms capable of accommodating up to 120 guests.

As Sales Office Manager you will be the first point of contact for event sales enquiries, and it will be your job to convert those into bookings. You will carry out the necessary planning, making the arrangements with the operational team to ensure they deliver an excellent experience on the day of each event.
