Your new company Hays are working with a company who are looking to bring in a cleaner/ caretaker to work on their site in Southall. Your new role The role is an ongoing role for the right candidate. You will be responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of a site that has a total of 4 blocks. You will be responsible for duties such as: bin management, cleaning, litter picking, escorting contractors, hoovering and use of a dustpan/ brush. Using certain apps on phones, therefore will need a smartphone. Doing walk around the buildings to ensure safety and adherence to rules. What you'll need to succeed You will need to be someone that is approachable and friendly as this is a role where you will have to interact with lots of people. A willingness to learn and grow within the team. Willing to put in the hours required. Smartphone (in order to use certain apps) Be able to communicate clearly and tell the reporting supervisor what is going on tec What you'll get in return Weekly Salary Rates of £15 to £16 per hour dependent on experience.
