We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Team Assistant to join our dynamic financial services team. This role supports team members in administrative, operational, and coordination tasks to ensure seamless execution of daily operations and projects. JOB TITLE: Executive Assistant

SALARY: £55,000 - £60,000 (4 days a week, pro-rata)**

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for team members. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and presentation materials. Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain and organize confidential files and records. Assist in preparing financial reports, presentations, and spreadsheets. Ensure accurate data entry and updates in internal systems. Team Coordination: Act as a liaison between internal departments, clients, and stakeholders. Assist in coordinating team projects and ensuring deadlines are met. Facilitate onboarding for new team members, including setting up equipment and access. Operational Support: Monitor and manage office supplies, budgets, and inventory for the team. Support compliance by adhering to regulatory standards and internal policies. Assist with event planning, such as team offsites and client meetings. Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the first point of contact for external inquiries and visitors. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and vendors. Ensure prompt and professional responses to inquiriesQualifications:

Previous experience as an administrative assistant or team coordinator, ideally within financial services. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with financial terminology and regulatory compliance (preferred). Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Self-motivated and adaptable to changing priorities.
