Sue Ross Recruitment are looking for a reliable part-time receptionist to join our client, a niche alternative therapy practice, based in Chesterfield. If you are an organised, friendly individual with excellent communication skills and enjoy being the first point of contact for visitors then apply now!

Hours:

18 hours per week: Monday 2pm – 8pm, Tuesday 4pm – 8pm, Wednesday 8am – 4pm

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients and visitors warmly and professionally
Answer and direct phone calls
Handle general administrative duties such as filing, sorting mail, and data entry
Maintain office supplies and manage appointments
Provide excellent customer service at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic office computer skills (Microsoft Office, email)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous receptionist or administrative experience is an advantage but not required
Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time efficiently
