This extremely progressive Leeds brand are currently enjoying a sustained period of growth within their niche field. A diverse client portfolio ensures they continue to grow year on year.

They have a requirement for an experienced Management accountant to join the team in Jan 2025, to take ownership of their area and ensure it is driven without hiccup for the next 6 months.

The requirement is due to a member of the team moving over to a project, and therefore this role may extend beyond the initial 6 months.

Duties:

Production of monthly management reporting – P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flows
P&L and project variance analysis vs budget/prior periods with commentary
To be the Go-To person for support and use of our accounting system (Xero)
Produce and monitor cost reports for our private strategic partners
Payroll and expenses reports
Year-end accounts processes
Maintenance of commercial and professional contracts and checking to terms in delivery
Maintenance and security of our record and asset keeping
Support FC and CFO on all tax work as required
Implement Approval process / procedures
Liaise with bank, suppliers, partners

This is a key role for the business, who operate a hybrid working model, from their Leeds based offices.
