Are you an experienced accountant looking for a dynamic, part-time role? Working within an growing business with role requires a Group Accountant with expertise in M&A, R&D, and financial management to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your skills in a growing organization while working flexible hours. Key Responsibilities:

Introduce and oversee month-end financial procedures. Prepare accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income, and cash flow statements. Lead financial due diligence and provide support for M&A activities. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and statutory requirements. Oversee R&D claims and manage financial audits. Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making. Identify and implement process improvements in accounting systems.What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in accounting, ideally managing financial operations for multiple entities. Proficiency in Sage Line 50 is essential. Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail. Solid understanding of financial regulations and best practices. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
