Role: Capital Accountant- Local Authority experience is essential

Location: East Midlands - Hybrid working

Type: 6 months on going

Daily rate: £400-£600 per day

Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting to an Interim Capital Accountant for a Local Authority based in the East Midlands.

Key responsibilities: Capital Accountant

Supporting the Council to their Audit process with a specific focus on Capital and Fixed Assets Performing Data Mining on Fixed Assets Register Ensuring the Council's Fixed Assets Module is in line with financial statements Acting as a Specialist for all Capital and Fixed Asset queries Person specification: Capital Accountant

Experience in local government finance Experience dealing with Fixed Asset Accounting IFRS knowledge is desirable but not essential We encourage interested candidates to apply immediately for this great opportunity.
