An excellent opportunity is now available to join one of our clients acting as a property accountant. Managing a large client property portfolio. What’s in it for you?

Key Responsibilities:
Management of client property portfolio
Ensuring the accurate reconciliation of service charge incomes and expenditures
Management of cash-flow and funding
Attend external client meetings
Oversee the upkeep of property & leases data on financial systems
Ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are met and adhered too
Assisting with Ad Hoc tasks when neccessary Person Specific
Being a strong and self motivated individual
Ideally possessing a strong technical report background
Strong excel skills is a must
Strong experience of stakeholder management
