Role: Lead (.NET Core) Software Engineer

Location: Nottingham

Working Model: Once a week in the office

Salary: Up to £66k + 15% bonus + an outstanding benefits package, including a pension scheme where the company doubles your contributions.

I’m searching for a Lead (.NET CORE) Software Engineer in Nottingham to join their team and take the reins. This is your chance to lead, innovate, and make a real difference in the fast-paced world of finance and technology.

What You’ll Do:

Dive into the latest technologies and create solutions that truly matter - Write clean, efficient, and groundbreaking code that raises the bar.
Design and implement seamless CI/CD pipelines that power efficient and reliable deployments.
Harness the power of Terraform to manage infrastructure as code and build scalable, resilient systems.
Take ownership of your workload and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive culture.
Share your expertise in software development to drive projects forward.
Play a key role in designing and planning user stories that push the boundaries.
Deliver exceptional results independently—because you know how to get it done.
Build strong relationships within the team, communicate clearly, and ask the tough questions.

What You’ll Bring:

Expert-level experience with .Net Core 6+ and C#.
A deep understanding of SOLID principles and design patterns.
Proven success in delivering exceptional software solutions.
Strong expertise in CI/CD pipelines to streamline and optimize development workflows.
Hands-on experience with Terraform for managing infrastructure as code.
Solid knowledge of AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
Excellent communication skills in English.
