Teaching Assistant Part-Time

Monday to Friday Afternoons only 1pm-3:15pm KS1 or KS2 positions available Supporting SEND children in a mainstream setting 1:1Are you interested in a career in Teaching? Are you a graduate with an interest in working with children in a school setting? Or an experienced SEND practitioner?

Career Teachers are recruiting confident and motivated Teaching Assistants to support our schools across Leicestershire. I jhave several schools that are currently seeking support assistants for the afternoons during term time.

This role would be great fit for a graduate looking to take their first steps into teaching or an experienced TA wanting more flexibility in their role.

The role as a Teaching Assistant:

Assisting the teacher with classroom preparation
Working 1:1 or with small groups, identify and respond appropriately to individual needs
Ongoing training and support
An enthusiastic approach to working with children with the ability to cater for a wide range of needs and backgrounds
