We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a mainstream primary school in Barking. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with a passion for for education.

About the role

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities for students Provide one-on-one support to students with SEN. Help prepare teaching materials and resources, ensuring a well-organized classroom. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment by promoting student participation and engagement. Support the implementation of behavior management strategies to encourage positive behavior.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Graduate Teaching Assistant - Barking you will:

The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
