Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and attention to detail. Contribute to menu development by bringing creative ideas and showcasing your culinary flair. Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment in line with food safety and hygiene standards. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy periods. Manage inventory and assist in ordering ingredients to minimise waste and maintain cost efficiency. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and bring fresh perspectives to the role.About You

The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and dedicated to delivering an exceptional culinary experience. You’ll have a positive attitude, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Key Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in a chef role, ideally in a catering environment. Strong culinary skills with a creative approach to menu development. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations (Level 2 Food Safety Certificate preferred).
