Part-Time Administrative Assistant / Receptionist Location: Oxford (Training Centre) Salary: £26,000 per annum (pro-rated for part-time hours) Working Hours: 4 days per week

About the Role: We're looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to join a thriving training centre in Oxford. This part-time role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of the centre, providing exceptional administrative support and a professional front-of-house experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing diaries, booking rooms, and maintaining stock and stationery supplies. Reception Duties: Be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring inquiries are handled efficiently. Centre Operations: Help maintain a safe and secure environment by adhering to organizational policies and opening or closing the centre as required. Post Management: Manage incoming and outgoing mail as delegated by the Centre Manager. General Support: Provide flexible assistance to the Centre Manager and staff to ensure smooth operations.What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a positive first impression. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in standard office software and systems. A flexible and adaptable approach to tasks, with a willingness to assist in various areas as needed. A commitment to maintaining a safe and professional working environment.Additional Requirements: This role requires an Enhanced DBS check to ensure the safety and security of the centre's operations.
