HR Officer - Part-time *Advertised by OA West End

We are looking for a talented and experienced HR Administrator to join our client's dynamic organisation. As HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client's growth and success.

JOB TITLE: HR Officer

INDUSTRY: Creative

CONTRACT: Permanent

SALARY: This is a part-time position, with 25 hours per week, offering a competitive salary of c£35,000 (pro-rata).

LOCATION: West End, very little travel to the office

Full Details:

Maintain and update the HR system to ensure accurate employee data management. Offer sound generalist HR advice, utilising your knowledge of UK employment law. Administer recruitment processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and compliance procedures. Handle benefits administration to ensure efficient and accurate processes. Oversee contracts and policy administration, ensuring compliance throughout the organisation. Submit monthly payroll accurately and on time. Support the management team with ad hoc project work. Handle day-to-day HR tasks, including managing sickness, absence, and holidays effectively.The Person: Skills and Experience

Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate a good understanding of UK employment law. Showcase the ability to work independently and handle general HR queries via phone and email. Be IT literate with experience using HR systems effectively. Show passion for providing high-quality and professional HR services. Have proven experience in a similar HR role.
