This extensively renovated Hotel, Bar & Restaurant boasts panoramic views offering a perfect backdrop for a delightful dining experience.
With new meeting & event spaces, they are ready to host meetings, events and weddings etc.
Duties
-
Cooking and preparation and plating food creatively

Running a specific kitchen section

Working with the sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes and menus, and planning and executing menus with other colleagues

Ensuring health, safety and hygiene standards
