We’re on the lookout for a skilled Pastry Chef to join the culinary team at our luxury hotel in Ascot. In this role, you’ll take charge of a section in our pastry kitchen, crafting exquisite desserts and pastries that uphold our exceptional standards.
Your Role:

Lead your section, ensuring the preparation of high-quality pastries and desserts.

Train and mentor junior chefs, helping to develop the next generation of talent.

Maintain a clean, organised workspace and adhere to rigorous food safety standards.

Bring creativity and passion to menu development, showcasing your artistry on every plate.
What You’ll Need:

Previous experience in a hotel or fine dining environment.

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in a relevant field (or equivalent).

A flexible, professional approach and a strong passion for pastry.

A reliable car or personal transport due to limited public transport access.
What We’re Offering:

Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 per year, inclusive of service charge.
