Description

 

We are currently are looking for the right candidate to join our after-sales Travel Administration Team. The successful candidate should be highly motivated, organised and have a passion for the Ski / Activity travel industry. The job role is varied and covers all aspects of the customer booking process.

This will include completing and amending invoices, problem solving any guest queries and issues, delivering excellent customer service maximizing sales of all extras such as ski hire, lift passes and ski lessons though add on recommendation (no hard selling). The candidate will receive training on all the company products and one-on-one tuition on the company reservation system.

The ideal candidate will have a professional telephone manner, excellent attention to detail, grammar and spelling, be self-motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude. They should be able to demonstrate the ability to work hard in a busy fast-paced environment. Knowledge of the ski industry and European ski resorts is desirable.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
• Be responsible for every aspect of the booking process once confirmed by the guest
• Ensuring the booking process is complete by editing invoices using the company’s reservations system
• Amending invoices to add extras or make changes to bookings at guest requests
• Be a point of contact & knowledge for all products via email and telephone for guests
• Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the booking process
• Reacting and solving any guest queries or issues
• Monitor customer feedback and escalate if appropriate
• Liaising with resort staff ensuring the smooth running of operations overseas and good communication
• Assisting Head of Operations & liaising with suppliers
• Maximises the sales of all extras, such as ski hire, lift passes and ski lessons
• Credit Control
• Ensuring safe and secure handling of payments taken through the company’s operational system

Customer Focus
• Be central point of contact & knowledge in the office, representing the company in a professional, polite and helpful manner via email and phone.
• Informing guests of any changes or circumstances that may affect their holiday.
• Ensuring excellent customer service throughout the booking process and after sales.

Operational
• Prioritising the completion of invoices, distributing via email to guests
• Adding extras to bookings using the company’s reservation system
• Ensuring safe and secure handling of payment taken through the company’s operational system

Sales
• Up-sale of all extras such as ski hire, ski lessons and insurance
• Ensuring all sales calls are directed to the sales team
