My client is a leading Wealth Management firm based in Leeds. Providing fully Independent Financial Advice to both businesses, professionals and individuals for the last 75 years.
We are urgently seeking an experienced IFA / Advisor Support Administrator to join an existing team providing support to the Independent Financial Advisers within the Wealth Management areas of the business. Specifically you will process new business, including accurate completion and submission of application forms and the submission of business via platforms, set up Adviser charges and produce relevant invoices, prepare accurate review packs and client valuations, send letters of authority and request information from 3rd party product providers, general maintenance of policies, administrative support for group pension arrangements, produce suitability reports when required, liaising with clients and 3rd parties by telephone and email, ensuring all data is recorded within Intelligent Office (internal system) maintaining accuracy and compliance.
We are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator ideally with 2/3+ years experience within an IFA Support role. You will have detailed knowledge of Investments, Pensions, ISA's, Protection as well as experience processing new business applications. We would be interested in anyone who would either like to stay within an IFA Administrative role, but for those who wish to progress support for further studies will be provided and the opportunities to progress into Paraplanning will be available to you. It would be ideal if you have already started to study towards a Diploma in Financial Planning, however candidates with the experience required will also be considered for the role
